Richmond Community Management Services Corp, (RCMS), is excited to announce the appointment of Vince Kennedy to the position of Vice-President. All staff will report directly to Vince.

“Vince’s values are well aligned with our own, as we build a business that is focused on employee satisfaction and engagement, and ultimately a client experience that will result in long-lasting relationships with the communities we serve”, commented Michael Paul, Managing Partner. Michael added, “Our goal is to establish RCMS as the leading management service provider in the non-profit and Co-op housing sector, and Vince’s proven ability to lead a large organization will be a tremendous asset”.

Vince remarked, “What attracted me to this opportunity was Michael’s and Brian’s unwavering commitment to establishing RCMS as a leader in the space, their commitment to people and their openness to new ways of doing business. The research that I had done prior to accepting the position indicated that there was a great opportunity to add value to the non-profit and co-op housing communities we serve, and that RCMS had a solid platform from which to build on.
